Since we started (and even before that!) we have provided award-winning congress support from exhibits, product launches and symposia to congress reporting.

The opportunity
Failed adherence is a billion-dollar problem. Seeing it from a different perspective can help us find new ways to tackle it.
The challenge
To encourage HCPs at a key scientific congress to consider their role in helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes, by bringing the patient perspective to the forefront of the discussion.
The work

If we were going to convince our audience that there was more they could do, we needed to put the patient back into the data.

We created an integrated congress experience from symposium story to exhibition stand that showed a patient’s journey from diagnosis and through treatment and beyond. It showed the bits which HCPs don’t see in patients’ lives — the moments outside the Doctor’s office — and revealed the honest reality of a patient taking (or not taking) medication.

The outcome
Our symposium had the highest attendance of the whole congress, together with fantastic feedback. It cemented our client’s product, and their holistic view of adherence, in attendees’ minds.
