Continual Professional Development (CPD)
From the very beginning, professional development has been at the heart of Cuttsy+Cuttsy. Watching your colleague master a new skill and put it into practice is just as satisfying as producing an amazing piece of work.
We invest significantly in the development of our team because our people matter. We continually strive to offer the best learning and development environment. Our training plans are tailored to the needs of each team member. They consist of different kinds of learning from compliance training, days out to expand the creative mind, through to coaching sessions.
Our new team members are provided with a structured induction programme to support their first few weeks at work. And all team members receive monthly reviews to talk about their training needs and professional development.
We have been awarded CPD gold accreditation by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) in recognition of our commitment to learning.
